Drew a couple good friends of mine (who are also half my D&D party) as Bat-folk for Christmas. I had them open it early, mainly so I could be there and explain that the quality of the print I gave them was not up to par, but a fella can’t afford classy joints like Kinko’s these days. They really liked it, so much so that they hung the print right by their door so it’s the first thing you see upon entry; and what’s more, the fairer half of the pair (who is not usually an overly affectionate person) hugged me. TWICE*. So I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that’s Christmas on a severe budget done right. *In her defense, immediately after the second hug, she told me “OK, I’m gonna go back to being a bitch now.” Not joking. Also, you should know she’s not really a bitch.
